Dorothy Jean's Dream serves as a beacon of light for community development in Polk County, Florida. Our founder created this initiative after the passing of his loving mother, Dorothy Jean Williams. She was an advocate for community advancement through arts and educational opportunities. Dorothy lived a life in service to her family, friends, and community. Today, we continue her legacy.
